Went to a routine bloodtest today and got the most unprofessional vet in my life. He was literally singing while he stabbed my cats on the neck and rotating the needle everywhere underneath my cat's skin to get some blood as he was totally unable to find a vein. Make huge bruises on my cats neck and on both legs. My cat was suffering for almost 25 minutes wetting her mouth, screaming while the assistant was unable to hold her under a towel. Than they decided to keep my cats for another 2 hours to manage get the blood from them while I can not see them. It was shocking for me and moreover my poor cats. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and would NOT RECOMMEND at any cost. Savage.
Fantastic personnel, but clinic seems short of resources. Seems like corporate business all over, trying just to make money on the shoulders of people who really care for their job
Great vets all round. Friendly reception staff on phone and in person. The lovely Italian vet (sorry don’t know her name) is fantastic especially. Takes the time to show and explain everything for you to make an informed decision, gentle with my cat and honest about costs. 5 star service!
