This place has the potential to be nice, however I went this evening for the dolma, after initially being told they didn't have any left, I was then told that there was in fact some. In the end it turned out that there wasn't because I was charged £15 for a plate of rice and bread, there was next to no meat on the dish (I had been here before covid and there was loads of meat in this dish, as can be seen in the way that it is advertised in the menu) so very disappointing that in order to make one sale they would resort to this level of deception. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that are more honest and would be less likely to try to con in this way.
Waited two hours for a collection order the owners excuse was we get orders for collection but customers don't actually come, although we called in advance and said we are coming, waited two hours they lied about the order being prepared and kept making excuses then the owner did not care neither was he appologetic, my first and last time ordering by the time the gave us the food it was not fresh or hot it was cold because they prioritised orders that came after ours to be more important they are very unprofessional and full of lies
