My family have attended this dental clinic for many years usually seeing Dr Mukerji. She is a very experienced, empathetic and efficient dentist. She has provided an emergency extraction in the past and replacement fillings among most treatments. It is unusual for me to feel any pain and she is solicitous of that. We are pleased that she continues to proved a great service.
I had a big treatment done on the upper side of my mouth and I wanted to thank my dentist Dr Ricardo Rosales for helping me going through everything. Dr Rosales is very meticulous in his job and very professional, together with his team he has been very supportive during times when I felt nervous. A big thank you.
Dr Naila is a great dentist in my years using this practice but the practice is let down by its admin staff and also currently having no hygienist(s) and although offered a routine scale and polish with a 3-4 month waiting time, have now been told my appointment has been moved to December. For Ealing locals, you may be better going to towards Pittshanger Lane or St Stephens’s.
I’ve been using the dental practice for years. The dentist are very friendly, but the administrative process here is poor. On one occasion, the practice was supposed to send dentist’s referral to hospital. After not hearing back from the hospital for more than a month, I found out from the hospital that the referral was rejected because only page one of the five-page referral has been sent. On the other occasion, the payment process/price list is not transparent which caused many misunderstandings, the managers‘ customer service skills and attitude also makes me feel very uncomfortable.
